Alsace wine, also known as Vin d’Alsace in French, has a new wine glass to call its own. The wine glass, which brings out the unique aromas and flavors of wine crafted in Alsace, France, was a collaboration between Chef Joho, who has been recognized by the New York Times for having the nation’s best selection of Alsace wine, and John Miles, president of Steelite International.
This 10 1/4 oz glass, with Joho’s distinctive “JJ” logo etched on the bottom, is featured in Joho’s internationally recognized restaurants Everest in Chicago and Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas.
